I am a reliance customer from 2-3 yrs. I have submitted all the verification documents during activating my no. previously the service was blocked once for verification for which i have given all information regarding verification but my number has been again blocked for verification. I have complained to reliance care they have given me a form and said to fill and submit with ID & Address proof with a photograph, I did it before around 15 days but till all the services of my number (9691159845) is not resume.
I have registered this number for all my official and commercial work and due to this blockage i am facing several loss. At least reliance should give pre information regarding verification and de activation.
All such problems are only harassing customers and losses the reliability of service and customers are facing several losses.
