Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO/TELECOM

my tata docomo sim card service is blocked by service authority with out any information.as a cause my rs.30 balance deducted from my account with out any information or message, so i call up to customer care for knowing this they behaved with me a wrong process and said very burden that i activate a promotional offer but i would not activate like this offer before. this issue i argue with an executive and after that my sim’s incomming & outgoing facility stopedon 21.06.2012.
i have took this sim card on 25.04.2011 ,simcard no-89910471110027775940. now i facing problem that i have only a sim card and all my important call and other message not reach me, i am fully detached, is they do like that without any intimation, till now they not get any feed back from me in this issue also not inform me.
as a customer i want a judgement from you please
