Name of company/service: TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORK Pvt. Ltd.

Please HELP ME

This is an ongoing issue that has been escalated to Sunil Nair as well but not resolved

I have not used the tikona broadband service since 13th Nov 2011 but I am being charged and billed even last month.

I had informed that I will only pay till 13 Nov 2011 which was agreed but noone got back to me.

There are several emails that I have sent this is the first email that I had sent.

Hi,

Why did I receive the below bill?

Its been more than a month since I moved to another address.

I called Tikona care on 13th Nov 2011 to cancel the service else to install the connection in 48hrs

I never received a call, sms, email for installation.

I had called again to tikona care for disconnection after a week , but it did not happen, why?

Now all of a sudden I receive this bill reminder after a month,

I have left the cable and the box that was connected at the old address, I don’t know if its there or not now.

I have the modem and the LAN cable with me, please ask someone to call me and collect the same from my new address.

I called again few days back to cancel the service the reference # 1-2027228223, username # 1104505778
