AMC Contract for LG Window AC signed on 16th September 2011 for the term of 5 years starting from 27.02.2012 . Recently there was a big problem as regards to its cooling, I lodged the complaint on toll free no. 1800 180 9999 on 8th Jul. 2012 at 16:15 hours vide Complaint No. RNA120708054687. For the first 120 hours did not receive even a single call inspite of several reminders by me. First call received on 6th day of lodging the complaint and till date the repairing has not been done.
