Service after sale during warranty period

I have purchased a room cooler Symphonety KAIZEN JUNIOR from M/s Chopra Agency, Gaya, Bihar on 13 Apr 2012. It is not functioning well since May 12. I made so many complaints with the Agency as well Service Centre, but in spite of so many request no suitable action has been taken by them to solve my problem of room cooler. As such I am facing frate trouble during this hot summer season. I am a student of Medical college, hence unale to approach regularly to them. It is requested to concern authority to look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Company should replace the coller and should issue a new coller to the student as soon to avoid hardship.
