in our grope there are so many blackberry mobiles, out of them three of us my friends mobile including my mobile also were need to service due to some small small problem but the blackberry care centre person told me that this phone will be not repair here and we have to send this to mumbai (maharastra) and it will come after ten days. he also told me that if i need my phone in two days then it will be chargeable so i dont know in this where is care.
