i had purchased a cooler of khaitan on 1st June from jail road dealer. after 1 day the cooler was not working. i had personally called the electrician who told me that the pump is not in workable condition. then i had repeatedly complaining to khaitan company of my complain number 10221. but they had not reverted it back since then. i am a senior citizen and they are harrasing me like this/ please do the needful.

With due respected sir.We have submit EPF form in west bengal EPF commission on 10 march 2010.But till that we have not received intimation letter or any pension started documents. Than we went kolkata head office and ask the officer of this document.Than officer told me your document has been send to muzzafurpur branch. Next week we went muzzaferpur head office and ask the officer EPF related document.than officer search this document and told me this number documents dose not received.What are doing please told me.
i am a senior citizen and they are harrasing me like this/ please do the needful.
THis is regarding my Air cooler . i have several time requested to customer care , but no one is attended issue for my Air cooler .
