Sent defected Mobile Instrument and not replacing (order No.OW00041073)

I had placed an online order for Rs.8890/- (order No.OW00041073) with TVC Sky Shop on 24.04.2012 for purchase of Smart Phone Android 2.2 mobile phone, which was received by me on 03.05.2012. However, within 3 days, the mobile started creating problem and stopped charging further. The matter was discussed with TVC Sky customer care No.9223111014 on 07.05.2012 and the mobile instrument alongwith charger were returned back to TVS Network Ltd, MIDC, Mira Road, Thane address on 08.05.2012, which is received by them on 12.05.2012. I have taken up the matter several times with the company ((complain no.1656438_167 dated 07.05.2012, 1670446_167 dated 14.05.2012, 1673761_167 dated 17.05.2012, 1694777_167 dated 05.06.2012 and 1706211_167 & 1706240_167 dated 13.06.2012) but till date, I have not received back my repaired mobile instrument alongwith the charger. Every time, I get the structured reply like “You complaint is in process and our team is working on resolving the issue of the phone, pl cooperate with us”. I really do not know when will I get back my repaired mobile phone alongwith charger. I treat this as a serious deficiency in customer service and matter needs to be suitably dealt with. I want TVC Sky Shop to send me the fully repaired mobile instrument / new mobile instrument alongwith charger immediately or refund my paid amount of Rs.8890/- without further delay.
