Sending wrong Item

I had purchased mobile phone through amazon. I ordered 6GB variant, however they have sent me 4GB variant. I have requested for replacement. However, they are saying that investigation is going on and you need to wait for more than a week. I requested to accelerate the issue, however they are not co-operating. Now I have no mobile to use at present, as I have already gave my old instrument to them under exchange offer. I have even requested to give my old instrument so I can use the mobile and make important calls for my business. However, they are so rigid and sticking to their non co-operation.
