Sending the damage materials

Dear Sir,
My Order ref no. with rediff.com is 7355774
I made an on line purchase at the rediff .com site on 24.08.2012. I paid the amount through my credit card.
They confirmed me my order and mentioned me the details of the supplier and the phone nos.
I received the article on 27th of August 2012. But when i opened the parcel i found the writer Cd to be broken.
After that I firstly tried to contact the supplier but to my surprise i found that both the numbers given there were false. Then i send the supplier the mail but found both the mail ids to be false. After that i tried to contact the rediff customer care for more than 3 to 4 hours but to my surprise no one responded.
The reason of complaining is not the amount of money involved. But the harassment one has to face and the agony. And how such a big company is dealing with the suppliers who are fraud and giving wrong phone nos. and wrong email ids over their site. I don’t know whether i had been cheated or not. But i request you to take stern action against such type of spurious shopping sites whose customer service is also of no use.
