I ordered easy sew machine on 29-5-2012. My order no is 2028024 and i paid 3592 rupees the machine i got was made in china very poor quality and is very different from that shown on T.V and is not working at all. I asked TELE Brands to send me another machine but they say that you have to courier this machine on your on expenses and you have to pay the courier charges again when we send the product back to you. that means i have to spend 1500 rupees more to get the replacement. Why should i pay a lot of money for the fault of the company. Kindly, get my all money back.
