respected sir,i was having airtel broadband connection for which i use to pay bill in advance for 6 months,as last time they have send me bill for next 3 month only instead of 6 month so i went to all of there office in pune to get bill for next 6 months,but they didnt do that so paid bill for next 3 month and it was going to get over on last date of feb 2011,and as we were shifting to some other place so i send email on 3rd feb to stop internet on end of the feb 2011 payment circle or block it.after that i got the call from them that u cant block more than 2 or 3 month and for blocking also u have to pay so told them to stop the service at end of feb billing circle as per i paid in advance.just as reminder before leaving the flat i send email to stop internet on 22nd feb 2011
