I have purchased Blackberry strom worth of 13898/- and and order number is 113257927 which i have received on 3-sep-2011 as i was facing issue with the same I have loges a complaint on the same and the Complaint no: 62702 on 29 Dec 2011 in spite of my reputed calling to the times Customer case the did not pickup the defective piece for me till the month of may 2012.God knows what they have done to the piece and they have send the piece back in 3-4 working day. To my surprise when I have received that piece there are screeches on the phone and the problems which were reported have not got resolved and they have send the. Again i have call back and logged a complaint again with the new issue that got raised and the complaint no:278939 Request you help me getting the product cancellation so that I can get back my hard earned money.
