Hi, I bought a Microsoft Technet subscription from ebay Global Easy Buy India from seller i2cworld.com. on 31st July 2012, EasyBuy Item No. 380459165137. After I bought it, I came to know from Microsoft India Technet Support that Technet subscriptions imported from US are not valid in India and I need to buy the subscription from an Indian store. I have contacted the seller i2cworld five times through ebay messages and also sent 3 emails to the seller requesting for a refund. I also sent refund requests to ebay Customer Support and also raised a claim through ebay guarantee. i2cworld.com seller informed me through email that he cannot refund my order. I am yet to receive a reply from ebay customer support for my claim that I filed under ebay guarantee.Please help me get a refund for my order. Thanks and Regards, Sriram.
