m/s ajay gas dealers having its office at korthrud,pune is a well reputed and famous agency of the Hindustan Petroleum Gas.The agency that is m/s aja gas dealers provide the gas for domestic use as well as the commercial use.The agency is a meticulous follower of the rules that have been framed by the management.These rules and regulations regarding the grand of new connection to the consumer like:
1) Every consumer who wants to take the connection shall provide following documents:
a) valid photo id
b)ration card or valid residence proof id
c)affidavit in prescribed format that your household does not have any LPG/PNG connection.
2)to purchase the regulator along with the pipe provided with the new connection.
3)to purchase the cooking range if the customer feels it necessary.
4)in case of the transfer of connections submit the previous gas connection booklet along with the old regulator and the pipe.
5)and after the connection is transferred the consumer will have to compulsorily take the new regulator and the pipe provided with the new connection.
6)the agency can make any changes in the rules laid down by the goverment from time to time.
i’m a production Engineer working in a reputed multi national company has shifted from hometown kolkata to pune due to official work.i’m residing at Kothrud as its near to workplace. i wishe to take new gas connection as me cant afford eating outside daily.On hearing the name of M/s ajay gas dealers reputation I approached them for taking the new connection at my house.

I agreed with the rules and regulations laid down by the company and furnished the required documents necessary for the new gas connection paying initial booking deposit of rs 500/-. the agency offered me an option of three cooking ranges from which i had to select one.but i declined the same as i already had a cooking range and asked only for the regulator and the pipe.On this the agency declined me connection on the basis that i did not by the rules and regulations laid down by them.As there was no other gas agenices around so i couldn’t approach anyone else for the new connection.
