security deposit refund

sir,
i have ported out of vodafone 6 months back and i am yet to receive my fixed deposit.
whenever i go to kukatpally outlet of vodafone they say me to come after 2 to 3 days.
the same thing is happening since past 6 months.
please look into this matter.
