Security deposit not refunded by the college

Location/place: Delhi/ Okhla Phase I

Name of company/service: Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI)

I had passed post graduate course (M.Sc in Clinical Research) from “Institute of Clinical Research India (ICRI)” Delhi in Jun 2010. At the time of admission, I had paid Rs. 10,000/- as security/caution deposit to the ICRI. After 2 years and repeated reminders, ICRI have not refunded the security fee. Kindly suggest what necessary action I should take to get my security amount.
