I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 24th May 2012 and the reference number is 506941 and i paid Rs.2600/.Due to some technical reason Airtel was not able to provide connection and i requested for cancelling the same connection.I got a reference number for cancellation and it’s 17470032,also from airtel customer care,they have ensured that the amount which i had given at the time of application will be returned within 10-15 working days.But now it is more than 22 days and i didn’t receive the amount back to me.
