i rahul daware hav buyed a ford ikon 2002 model from a person living in bhopal named vipul sharma in 1.16 lacs. before selling his car he(vipul) said everything is alright but after riding 50 kms our mechanic found that overall engine needs work of above 25000 /-. car is not yet transferred on my name. can u plz help me what can i do now as i had done full payment of car w.r.t notary.
