Scam by Mobile Dealer

Location/place: Nagpur,Maharastra

Name of company/service: Trade Art Mobile Enterprises

I have seen the ad on www.quikr.com of mobile from London UK.
They are offering me the mobile phones,I had made the payment in bank account of that dealer but till now not get my order they are saying that your order is in Delhi but they are not giving any information regarding my shipping.
And asking for more money.
What Should I do now.??
