sbi negligency my checks are bounced because they are not scan my signature images

sbi state bank of india not good because recently means 3months before i had opened account at kurnool dist,ihad given checks to finance company but my checks june,july checks are bounced beacuse state bank negligancy my signatures are not scanned thts why checks are bounced,ihad paid 600 rupees extra amount for checks recently i had given my signaturs they not even solving my problem it takes another 1week i mean another check also bounce,please sbi means international banking service but no service at all
