Name of company/service: SBI Bank, SRPF CAMPUS BR., DAUND

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have bank saving account with State Bank Of India (A/C – 31762631938),

I have approached State Bank of India, SRPF Branch, Daund, Dist-Pune (Maharashtra) for blockage of Net Banking Account.

The application for re-setting of password was given to branch by me. It was told to me that the same will be delivered after 10 days at my residential address. After this even after lapse of one month I didn’t get any response from bank. So again I approached the bank for the same. This time the bank issued me a new net banking kit on 31 May 2012.

For this new kit NO G304702226 it was required to be activated immediately or within a day or two. Now I have approaching the bank time & again but the bank is not responding properly.

Your good honour is requested to look into this and necessary help is expected from your end.
