ON 09-04-2012, OUR SAMSUNG WINDOW AC WAS SERVICED AND INSTALLED AT OUR NEW RESIDENCE AT VASUNDHRA ,GHAZIABAD.WE PAID THE INSTALLATION & SERVICE CHARGES FOR THAT.
SINCE THEN,THE AC WAS NOT COOLING PROPERLY.AGAIN WE COMPLAINED TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AS THE AC WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND COOLING PROPERLY.THEN REPRESENTATIVE VISITED OUR PLACE & TOOK THE AC FOR SERVICE CENTRE
AND SAID THAT THE COOLING COIL AND GAS REFILLING IS TO BE DONE AND FOR THAT THE AC WAS TAKEN TO SERVICE CENTRE FOR 2 DAYS.
THEN ON 23.05.2012,OUR AC WAS INSTALLED AT OUR PLACE AND RS.4390. WAS CHARGED FOR REFILLING OF GAS AND CHANGING OF COOLING COIL.BUT AFTER THAT ALSO,THE AC WAS NOT COOLING PROPERLY.WE HAD A WORD WITH MR. ALAM AT RAJ AIRCONDITIONING CO
ASAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AT SHALIMAR GARDEN EXTN,GHAZIABAD AND ASKED FOR THE REASON ,HE SAID THAT IS MAY BE DUE TO LOW VOLTAGE.SO WE WAITED FOR FEW DAYS AND OBSERVED
THAT EVEN THE VOLTAGE IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE COMPRESSOR TO START,THE COMPRESSOR STARTS AFTER20-30MINS AND THEN WITHIN NEXT 2-3MINS IT DROPS.
SINCE THEN THE AC WAS NOT COOLING AT ALL.FINALLY ON 14JUNE, WE AGAIN LODGED A COMPLAIN WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE VISITED TODAY EVENING ON 15TH JUNE AND SAID THAT CAPACITOR IS NEED TO BE REPLACED
AND AGAIN GAS IN TO BE RE-FILLED IN THE AC,DUE TO WHICH ITS NOT COOLING.ON BEING ASKED TO GET IT DONE BY TODAY ONLY AS GAS FILLING TAKES AN HOUR MAXIMUM.HE SIMPLY REFUSED & SAID THAT BY 8.00PM THE AC WILL BE TAKEN BY THEIR ENGINEER
AND THEY WILL SEND IT BACK TOMORROW OR DAY AFTER TOMORROW.THIS IS JUST AN HARRASEMENT, WE ARE FACING SINCE APRIL.THOUGH WE HAVE SPEND SO MUCH AMT TILL NOW, SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AT GHAZIABAD SHALIMAR EXTN IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY.MR.ALAM ,HEAD OF RAJ CONDITIONING SERVICE COMMITED THAT THE AC WILL BE LIFTED ,BUT NO ONE CAME.
ITS 17TH JUNE TODAY AND NO ONE CAME YET TO PICK THE AC,WE AGAINCALLED UP AT SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE NO.01130308282.BUT STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM. ALSO, AFTER ENGINEERS VISIT ON 15TH JUNE, THE AC IS NOT FUNCTIONING NOW, WE DONT KNOW WHAT HE HAS DONE TO IT.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER URGENTLY.

    Dear Mr. B D Park,
    I want your kind attention towards the above cited subject. My Samsung Refrigerator is down with cooling problem since more than a month. Twice your Service Engineer visited from Raj Air Conditioning Co.,S-25,Shalimar Garden Extn, GZB/C-244,Sec-63, Noida against the complaints but they left the refrigerator unrepaired. They charged twicely for the visit made.
    I am deeply hurted with the kind of service being provided by Samsung. There is not at all a satisfactory service. Either your Engineers are not being able to rectify my faulty Refrigerator or Samsung has started manufacturing poor quality products. Please note, I have been using all household products of Samsung’s make till date but I am facing problem with Refrigerator only.
    Please note, the customer care and service centre knows only how to give assurance, there is no solution, they have failed in keeping commitments so far in this case.
    Should I expect your immediate intervention towards the matter for the rectification. This is really needful to keep Samsung reliability in Indian market.

    I am also victim of incompetency and careless and callous attitude of technicians from M/s Raj Refrigeration.
    We had requested service on 10/06/13, 29/07, 12/08 and 21/08/2013. However, in spite of spending over Rs.3000/- till date, the appliance is not performing. The company (Samsung India) had assigned the complaint to M/s Raj Refrigeration, Ghaziabad. They have been replacing parts and charging money while the refrigerator is not working. There is no ice in freezer, food items, water, milk, bread, butter etc. have been spoilt due to lack of cooling in the compartment.
    Vegetable & fruits in vegetable basket are rendered spoilt due to non-functioning appliance.
