Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchase washing machine from store at vashi Reliance Digital
My Reliance data sr no. 138966;
Product purchase: Washing machine Samsung Washing Machine
Model No. WA82BSL ; 6.2KGS
Purchase Dt. 17.06.12
Machine delivery : 18.06.12
(Delivery add: Mahendra Narayane – Sheetal Dhar Complex, D – 604 , Sec 7, Kamote, Mansarovar Rly Stn. Navi Mumbai)
Found Damage condition informed
Reliance Digital representative also given complain on Samsung online services complain No. 8443548592 dt.21.06.12 but Samsung Online representative say Delear will guide you, and Reliance Digital representative give no feedback on same
I have called 4 time from morning dt.22.06.07. but fail for status.
