I bought a samsung 32 inch icd tv model number LA32C480 on 31/05/2010 for a price of Rs 29000/ but from past 1 week it is not working properly.I registered a compalint to samsung customer care on 06/12/2012(complaint number 8431346153)and after technician visited my place on 07/12/2012 and after watching my television for few minutes informed me that the panel has to be replaced which cost 21000 approximately.I am shocked this model in this time selling price is around 24000/- only. But he telling changing panel rs.21000/- What I Do. kindly help me
