i purchased a samsung star touch screen mobile in jan 2010 and since then i am troubled by that set. its touch screen stopped responding and its lying with service centre,sanjay place agra since 22/2/2010 against service order form no.3400 despite my numerous calls they have not yet returned my mobile and the xcuse is that white touch screen is not available/its annual closing time? what the hell customer has to do with that..it seems that the product launched by samsung has manufacturing defect
