Samsung refrigerator Complaint

Respected Sir,

I have purchased Samsung refrigerator(Model no: RA23) single door fridge from Arcee Electronics nerul east on date of 17/5/2011.Last one year I m faceing problem regarding water leakage n defrosting.I launched complaints fr so many times at samsung customer care.After that the technician came and done temporay solution regarding this problem but still now i am facing same problem.Last complaint i launched on 9th aug 2012.Technician came today nand i paid service charge for that.But still I am not satisfied.In between warranty period i talk t customer person and told him to change my fridge but scenior person from company not respond to me and they are not looking at my complaint seriously.So i request to you Please look after my complaint and take some action.
