Samsung refriderator – 225 lts innner parts broken – Requested for replacement on cost

Sir,
I had bought a Samsung Refridgerator during the year 2007 – 227 lts double door. On 28th July 2012, I had lodged a requisition with the Customer Care of Samsung in the name of my husband Mr.P. Gopalakrishnan, Adambakkam, Customer care ID No. 8427326164 requesting the customer care to supply me the following inner parts of the refridgerator namely 1. Milk Tray, 2. Vegetable Box with upper tray, 3. Side bottle racks number ing two altogether 5 things. But till today, I have contacted the customer care more than 25 times, but nothing has happended. I am informed over phone that the higher official is dealing with another customer and that I will get a call from the person who is dealing with my issue within half an hour. This has caused mental agony because false information is given by the customer care people (ie) Sivagami, Gunasekaran, Nandini, Sofia likewise are the names of the customer care people who answered my call. I want solution to this problem,. My question is if a part of the refridgerator is not available, why are they supplying the same in the market. What will the customers do with the unabilabilty of plastic holders?
