Name of company/service: Samsung Pocket Galaxy Mobile
I took Samsung Pocket galaxy mobile from Heera paana shopping center,Haji Ali,Mumbai,on 31-May-2012 at around 11:30am and it got hanged on the same day at 12:15pm just after 45 mins.when called at the shop in heera paana,the retailer says that once mobile is out from my shop it is not my concern,goto service center.from 31-May-2012 till 13-June-2012 my cell was with tardeo samsung service center,but still the problem continues,the phone is getting hang while it is in stand by,we manually have to remove battery from back to re start the same.i spoke to certain people in center but they saying that nothing can be done,as they cant see any problem.i am facing the problem when i start using internet on Samsung pocket galaxy mobile.and these service center people are not trying using the cell phone in that way.i took the cell phone on 31-May-2012 and for almost 2 weeks the cell was with samsung service center and they cant do anything.While purchasing these people say that they have replacement warranty,but i cant see anything here,when i asked them to replace and give me a new handset,they are saying that it is against the company terms and policy.
I stay in Andheri and daily i have to travel to Tardeo to check status of my cell phone,as they dont say anything when we call them on lanline.
If necessary i can discuss the names and the contact number of peoples of service center and the heera panna shop owner.
I need help in this situation,i am a very soft person and i dont know how to go with violence,plz help if anyone there.
