I bought a Samsung mobile namely – Samsung galaxy s lcd. I bought it on 18.02.2012 from Tamilnadu. Since then I am facing problem that when I receive call I do not hear anything. When I press the button of loudspeaker on and then of, then after I can hear everything. I visited service centre four time in our local city (Agartala) name- S. B. Electronic. The last visit was on 26.03.2012, then they received my mobile and handed to on 13.04.2012 saying that pcb of mobile has been changed. But still I facing same problem. Today (17.04.2012) I called to the service centre about the same problem but they replied that it is my fault. Can anyone create this kind of problem?
My earlier post was ( I bought a Samsung mobile on 18th February 2012 from Vellore Tamilnadu. Since then I face a problem i.e. when I received call I can’t hear anything until I switch on/off the loudspeaker button. I went for Samsung authorized service centre in agartala twice. Instead of solving my problem I face many other problem like – mobile hang, touch screen sometimes not working, gprs sometimes fail, network fail. According to them this problem is only for installing application from android market.My 1st questi- If we do not install third party application from android market then why should someone buy smartphone. 2nd – If so then why I facing this problem from first day when I do not installed any application.
