Samsung Mobile – Galaxy Note GT-7000 – Falulty and No Service Provided by Company

Samsung Mobile – Galaxy Note GT-7000, I purchased on 21 April 2012 as this was announced as gadget of year so was excited to buy but within a month the phone had :
1) Hanging Problem
2) Display screen went to blurr , multiple colors , then to green and finaly completly white.
3) Application on phones got hanged.
4) Touch of phone was not good.

I complained and took it to service center , CARE ZONE – Patel Nagar. They kept my phone for 3 days and when I received my hansdet they lost joystick (styler0 of pen and said that I have it but they didn’t returned me when I deposited my phone again I complained and claimed so I got my joystick which they had in 4 working days.

Again my phone had same problem and now camera functioning and rebooting went slow. I complained again on Samsung Service Center and response was mam you have to take it again to service center. I argued saying why was phone not corrected in my first visit but they had no answer. Within 7 days of 1st service I took my phone to service center again they kept my phone for my 3 Working days ( which was great loss to my work each time) and gave back my phone saying now nothing will happen.

When I was operating in branch I said the touch screen was not working properly but the service engineers said this will work fine in sometime ? This was not answer a customer desire for, I brought it back and within 2 days the display had same problem, handset booting went slow , camera and its gallery of pictures now had hanging problem.

I complained again to samsung and requested them to escalate the issue and give a replacement for phone as if the phone is not working good in 3 months how can I assure of later stage.

My question to samsung is :

1) Are your phones not quality tested before selling to customer ?

2) Why are your service centers so incapable that rather fixing the problem they created more ?

3) Customer service team is not escalating my issue to next level even after my complain is since a month.

I am so unhappy that either I want a reimbursement or replacement of phone, because its very epensive phone costed me Rs.32000 and I need this for my regular work schedules.

Please help me with consumer rights.
