SAMSUNG MOBILE – DELAY IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES

My samsung mobile handset ( Model – S3500, Sl No. RW5S554830F, IMEI No. 354556030312170) encountered some problem (not getting started) in May 2010 when I was out of town.

I approached their service centre at MG Road, Goregaon on 01-June-2010. They informed me that it is having some problem in display screen and told me that it will be done in 2-3 days. On rigorous follow up, the same was returned on 21-Jun-2010 evening. I had checked that the handset got started and could make/ receive calls.

However, on actual checking I found it has encountered problem in sound. I could not hear incoming calls, SMS’s or music from the instrument. Hence, your team has rectified the display problem but has in turn caused problem in sound.

The same was once again returned to them with new work order no. 1676 dated 22-June-2010.

Today one month has passed but I am told the same is not ready yet. I have made several calls to inquire on its status and also visited the centre couple of time personally.

It is effectively now 52 days since the handset is lying with them.
