sir I have bought a samsung mobile (samsung corby pro) in Rs-8000 on 6th august 2011. sir on 2an august 2012 i went to claim for warranty at samsung care at barrackhpore service centre. after seeing the set and the problem in mobile they asked to bring the bill from where the shop had bought the mobile from. Inspite of the fact that i had the original bill of that shop showing that i had bought that mobile from that shop he did not grant me the warranty. they said that you have to bring the bills from where the shop had bought the mobile. I asked the shop to frovide mme for the same. they also said that how can they give 1 year old bill to us . that is confidencial. overall I did not get the warranty.
