I am Having a Samsung Mobile GT-B3410. I am calling Samsung Helpdesk No.1800110011 from 22/06/2011 many times But instead of Helping me they every time told me that our Mobile Department Executives are busy with some other Costumers and they will surely call You Back within 2 hours, and has’nt replied back. My BP no is 8433189675.
Firstly my Samsung was having only screen Calibration Problem But now It has fully stopped working through Touch Sreen, and i am suffering a lot b’cos of it.
Please Help me and fovour me in resolving this problem.
