Name of company/service: samsung
I have purchase 32″ LED TV on 15th April 2011. At the first time to now so many complain required for TV display problem. Last time I call in month of May for same display problem that time service engineer said that the TV picture tube has been changed and its cost Rs. 21,000 (Twenty one thousand) when the TV from purchase 13th month running that time the TV tube is damaged. So, I have complained in consumer forums what I will do now.
Please kindly advice me which is helpful to me.
