I bought a samsung 32 inch icd tv model number LA32C480 on 31/03/2011 for a price of Rs 27400/ but from past 2 weeks it is not working properly.I registered a compalint to samsung customer care on 16/06/2012(complaint number 8431346153)and after several follow ups a technician visited my place on 19/06/2012 and after watching my television for few minutes informed me that the panel has to be replaced which cost 13000 approximately.I submitted a letter to the samsung service center here in Trivandrum mentioning that i cannot afford to pay the same for a tv which is just 14 months old a bought for around 30000 including stabiliser and hence i want it to be done free of cost .I called there customer care several times and every time they say that they will get back to me in half hours time but nobody turned up.After several follow ups yesterday they informed me that they can give only 60% discount and they cannot give only 1 month warranty for the new panel.kindly help me
