I have Samsung LCD Tv on 2011.
Now i m facing problem in screen , some time there is some colour lines are coming on my TV screen.
i have called smart Services, engineers come & said that problem in screen & have to pay Rs.14,000/-.
As i my knowledge if screen problem i have not seen any picture in my TV
I have again called to customer care lodge complained Complained No.8432060212
Today some smart Services guy (08050239677) has called me & they have shouted me, there is no manner to talk with Customer.
They are cheating me, they are not checking properly & asking more amount there is no require.
Kindly help me.
