My Samsung Refrigerator broke down. I complaint to your customer care on Saturday evening when they gave me a token no. (8442977904) under the name of Mr. Sobhan Sen (my husband) and said someone will call me and fixed it by 8 pm on Monday (since the next day is Sunday). Well I waited for the call on Monday but nothing happens. So on Tuesday I called back again and this time some engg. showed up in the afternoon and said that fan and board needed to be replace which he can do on next day. Again next day passed no body come to fix it. So again I called them when they said that ‘somebody will call and come to fix it’. It was already Thursday afternoon and again no body called or showed up so I called the customer care again to get the service certre’s phone no. They provided two phone no. in three attempts and one of the number doesn’t exists and other one… well no body answered the call. I called the customer care again.. and again they said ‘someone from concerned dept .will call you and come to fix it.’ Well I am still waiting for the call.
I am completely frustrated and angry. Never seen such customer service in my life.
I am now hopelessly thinking that if there is any way to know the customer service grade (if they take prompt action or not)before buying any appliances / product.
