On 5th June my AC (Samsung Window Ac) machine stopped working. I have lodged a complaint to the Local Samsung Customer Service Center . On 7th June a engineer visited my place and told me that there is a lickage in the compressor and it needs to be filled up with gas . For that I need to send the machine for gas filling to the customer service center. I did that and send the machine on 8th and they bring back it on 13th, saying that they filled gas and changed the Capacitor. I wonder that how Compressor and Capacitor, both can be damaged at a same time? And the Ac still not working. It fails to cooling. Again they took the machine for repair. I really don’t understand what they did with my machine and what they will repair now? This is very confusing. Being a bonafide customer of Samsung I wont like to be confused and deceived by the Customer Service Agents.
