Name of company/service: samsung
I have purchased samsung s2 on 17th nov 2012. Since 3rd day of my purchase i m facing a peculiar problem in my cell phone that it automatically switched off anytime. I have showed my phone to Many service centre but they are not providing me solution for my problem rather they are denying that there is any fault in my cell. right now my cell phone is in ahmedabad service centre and it is already 5 days that they kept my cell phone but nobody is picking my call there and when i go to meet the manager he refused to meet me. Kindly help me out. I want to file a case against Samsung for cheating and fraud and hide of information while purchase about the company’s policies.
