i have purchased a samsung galaxy young model GT-S5360 from sunny mobile shop in jagraon distt. Ludhiana on the 10 december 2011 .their is something wrong in mobile while charging and my phone not working then i take the samsung care centre in jagraon and mr. sonny is the owner of this care centre i think they change my mobile charging point but actuaal charger was wrong nothing problem in the mobile and my mobile is in warrenty i said them but they change the harging point and take me money when i want to take bill they put my phone on out of warrenty and also abused me and my friend i want to take action against him with ur help according to rule they have no right to take chrges from me because my mobile is in warrenty
