Samsung bad Quality Smartphone

Hi Everybody

I bought samsung I 9003 Mobile phone on 17th July 2011

Just after one day of 1-year warrenty 18th July 2012 it devloped a unique problem (Restarting again & again).I went to Mobile shop & later on to Service centre.From that day onwards i am fed up with writing e-mails & making phone calls to SAMSUNG but of no use.I made first contact with samsung on 22nd July 2012 till date there is no solution

SAMSUNG service centre is asking Rs 4000 to repair now

NEED HELP just a year back i bought this mobile for Rs 21000
