I lodged a compalint with SAMSUNG for my defective AC with conplaint no. 8426121953. Service Engineer from SAMSUNG visited on 10th Jun but could not repais the AC. He however forced me to pay INR 450.00 for service visit and promised to come next day to solve the problem. When he didnt turn up on the next day, i requested my son to follow up (as i am aged to do such follow ups). He follwed up on 11th Jun & 12th Jun’12 to SAMSUNG service no. 18002668282. Both the instances the service call center offerred apologies and promised action on priority. When my son made the third follow up call on 13th Jun’12, he was surpried to know that there was no record of the rpevious follow up calls on 11th & 12th Jun. As SAMSUNG doesnt give follow up numbers, it was not possible to get any reference number from SAMSUNG. it was promised nu Service call center that the same complaint number would continue and that there wil not be any further reference number. Two most surprising things for me as far as SAMSUNG is conerned:
1. The service engineer cheated and ran away with the money.
2. The follow up call were not registered though apologies and promise to take up on priority was made.
My AC has still not been repaired.
