Name of company/service: Samsung

i had bought Samsung mobile 27-12-2011 within warranty period its display got spoilt. i was told i would get repaired within one week but after three weeks also i did not get the piect. meanwhile i was told to submit bank documents so that i can be refunded. now after three week they say your mobile is repaired take and go. i have a new mobile now. i also lot of important bussiness matters. i am loss. please help me.
