I booked my tickect online from travelyaari.com on 22/june/2012 morning for sunday night i.e. 24/june/2012 worth Rs.999. On sunday, i received a SMS in which the bus no. was mentioned (0235), when i called the coordinator he said u can board on the another bus which will arrive at kanpur, i waited for that bus but it did not stop.then again i called the same person he said we are on the way ..we will pick you. When the bus arrived it was overcrowded and 1 seat alotted to 2 -3 people. when i asked to leave the seat which was alloted to me ..the person said this seat is booked to him….not only this the bus conductor left me at 23:35 pm on the highway near itawa….i want by money back from the travel agent.
