Hi,
I purchased Loreal Permanent Hair Straightening deal from Crazeal .My Voucher code is 8745391466 and got straightening done on 13.5.2012. Last year also i had straightened my hair from other customer.It was very soft, straight and silky.They took almost 8 hours for the complete treatment. Not only that saloon , even i inquired with YLG as well .They also takes min 6 hrs for the complete treatment.
But when i asked these Saloon at door step guys , they said like they take around 3 hours for the complete process. They also assured me the permanent hair straightening .But after my first wash itself my hair was wavy like before starightning. I informed about this to them .They told me to contact them after another wash. After another wash my hair was completely hair before wavy .. When i tried reaching them , they were not responding to my calls nor SMS. My hair has become completely dry and rough and am getting hair fall as well. Last week i have informed them about this. They said that they will get back to me soon. Till now i have not received any news from them .
I also doubt that thy have not used any Loreal Product .Because as per my knowledge , Loreal products doesnot creates hair fall and dry hair, Especially X tenso moisturist treatment leaves hair frizzy free and shiny. Am sure these guys have cheated on me.
At the time of treatment they told that i need to pay 750Rs extra for activator they use for power dose treatment. They told me that its even mentioned in their website. But now i found out that they do not have any website.
I request you guys to take any action against them so that they do not cheat people like this and i want complete refund of money which i wasted on this deal.
