I have purchased as a flat in P. No. C-2, F-1, Airport Enclave,Tilawala, Sanganer, Jaipur on 11.06.2012 from Mr. Ramakant Goyal Director of M/s Govindam Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd,, Registered Office-Govindam Apartment, Plot No.24, Brij Vihar Extension, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan.At the time of Registry there is nothing told about the electrification of the colony by the builder. After purchase of flat I have filed an application for electricity connection to A.EN.JVVNL, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Tonk Road, Jaipur on 22.06.2012. After this I have contact to AEN, JVVNL, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer office on 11.07.2012 about my electricity connection, they told me that your residential colony is not electrified till date so that your permanent electricity connection is not possible and told me that i will take temporary connection if i should use electricity in my flat, for which i have to pay double rate inspite of normal rate and double security deposit paid to the electricity board i.e. Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Jaipur. This is a fraud against me by Mr. Ramakant Goyal Director M/s Govindam Real Estate Developers Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur. Please lodge a complaint against him and bound him to not disconnect his temporory connection till permanent connection released by JVVNL, Jaipur and also take appropriate action against him.
