Name of company/service: Hitachi
I am sorry to say that , merchant had given me the defective piece, in which there is gas leakage problem since starting.
Same is also verified by the engineer who had visited our residence at the time of demonstration of AIR CONDITIONER.
When i lodged compliant to Hitachi customer care, they are not responding us & even not replacing the same.
My A.C. is also fully covered in full warranty for one year.
I am also trying many times to call Mr. Bharat @ 9310486885 may be (ASM), but he is hardly picking up my phone.
Its already 10 days passed & my problem is still unresloved.
Pls help me in resloving my problem.
