I joined this organisation 1 month back. I came to know that this company pays the salary once in 4 months. That means you earn only 25% of what you expect. Moreover there is no kind of facility (i.e.,No drinking water, tea, computer etc.) Mgmt. is only interested in fining the employees rather than motivating.
