Salary Not Paid for 30 Days Work

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Autoindia.Com (Augment Auto Information Systems Pvt Ltd)

Hi My Name is Radhika Dubey and I was employed with AutoIndia.Com (Augment Auto Information Systems Pvt Ltd)
till Novemebr 2010.

However company is not paying me salary for November’2010 stating non-performance being a reason.
I have worked for complete 30 days and understand that if my job was termintaed it should have been
followed by salary for the period I have worked for.

Kindly anyone suggest what do I need to do further in order to get my salary.
